Paula Dubé 
Director

Born and raised in California, Paula grew up in Silicon Valley with roles in hi-tech companies focused on project and program management, business process development/re-engineering, organizational change management (OCM), and Quality Management. Paula has many years of experience working in the public sector working on state Medicaid implementations in Alaska, California, Georgia, and Missouri to name a few.

With over 25+ years of experience in Information Technology implementations, including 12 years on state and local projects, Paula has gained extensive experience in OCM, SDLC, Continuous Improvement, and Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from St. Mary’s College of California, is a Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

Paula enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including six grandchildren, traveling around the west coast pulling her vintage travel trailer, as well as gardening, walking, and cooking in her spare time.
