The Need
The California Department of Aging (CDA) needed organizational change management (OCM) services to support several departmental projects and initiatives supporting CDA’s strategic priorities and Master Plan for Aging aimed to provide equitable, improved, and reimagined services to California’s aging constituents.
The Work
Charis successfully delivered OCM services to support the organization as it sought to define new processes, data and technology requirements. In addition, the team provided CDA with knowledge transfer and an OCM toolkit to support ongoing OCM efforts at the department.
The Results
The projects and initiatives of the California CDA are supported by OCM, accelerating implementation of their priorities and Master Plan for Aging, ultimately benefiting California’s aging population.
