GERRI MAGERS 
Managing Partner

Gerri provides strategic guidance and direction for all Charis pursuits and projects.

Over the past 40 years Gerri has held many key positions with CGI, the State of California, and now as managing partner with Charis Consulting Group. As a CGI VP, Gerri was fundamental in building the CGI State and Local Account. In addition, she served as the CGI project director for multiple, major system integration implementations, such as FTB's Enterprise Data to Revenue Project and the CCSAS Project for the Department of Child Support Services. As the Chief Deputy Director of the State of CA Health and Welfare Data Center, Gerri managed large system integration projects and data center operations for 32 years and led the State team, including unions, to develop the existing classification and pay structures for IT professionals. She is proud to have been awarded the State's IT Hall of Fame award in 2013.

In her free time, Gerri is active in the Sacramento community especially in planning the Sacramento Greek Festival and working with the IOCC to deliver relief funding and supplies to various countries in dire need of support.

Terry Shows 

Terry brings to Charis Consulting Group a focus on project management, executive leadership facilitation, strategic planning, and implementation management. 

A former owner of ZynCor Consulting, Inc., Terry brings nearly 20 years of Information Technology experience spanning project management, independent project oversight, software development, large-scale systems acquisition, implementation and integration, and quality assurance. He offers practical experience in the management of large-scale systems acquisition and integration projects, establishing and supporting project management offices, and client relationship management. Terry is a Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Daryl Zimmerle 

Daryl brings to Charis Consulting Group a focus on program and project management, and delivery excellence.

With nearly 30 years of Information Technology consulting experience, Daryl has held a variety of key leadership positions throughout his career, in particular at CGI and his current role as a partner with Charis Consulting Group.  At CGI, Daryl was the VP responsible for the General Government Vertical. In this role, he managed and oversaw delivery of over a $40M/year portfolio. Daryl's background includes extensive experience working for State of California clients in program management, project management, system implementation, data conversion, testing, and system development / maintenance.  Daryl specializes in building collaborative teams and developing strong relationships with his clients.

Michele Scoggins 

Michele provides implementation, organizational change management, and business process management strategies and approaches to all Charis pursuits and projects.

With over 20 years of Information Technology consulting experience working with state and local government agencies, Michele brings innovative and proven approaches to facilitation, user training, business process management, organizational change management, knowledge management, enterprise governance, and implementation readiness planning and assessment. Michele has served in key leadership delivery and implementation roles on projects such as the Child Welfare Digital Services’ CWS-CARES Project, FTB's Enterprise Data to Revenue Project, and the CCSAS Project for the Department of Child Support Services. She is a Certified ScrumMaster, Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Management Professional (CCMP), and is certified in the Prosci® Change Management approach and Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM).

As a mother of two active and athletic boys, Michele spends much of her free time at a variety of Folsom's finest sports fields, courts, and diamonds.
